"Human Resources 101" 

 On International Women's Day 2022, our founder, Ms. Ritu Manandhar was invited to share some insights about Human Resources in the 2nd Regeneration Women Meeting on 8th of March 2022 held at Hyatt Place, Kathmandu. Her presentation titled "Human Resources 101" showcased the perspectives of Employees and Employers in the work setting and also highlighted some facts about Nepal Labor Law.

We would like to thank Dr. Rita Singh and Nepalese Society of Implant Dentistry (NSID) for realizing the importance of human resources in this field and inviting us to share about the same.

This women's day, we take a pledge to be unstoppable in our vision to make knowledge and expertise of human resources management available to all.

Startups and People Management Panel Discussion

On 4th December 2022, our founder, Ms. Ritu Manandhar was invited to a panel discussion to share her insights on “Startups and People Management ” held at Hotel Himalaya, Kathmandu. 

Mr. Suwash Gautam, COO, Rigo Technologies, Dr. Prof. Govinda Tamang, Deputy Director TU- SOM and Mr. Bishal Dhakal, Founder, HR Innovations were the other panel members alongside our founder who all gave a glimpse of HR through academic, entrepreneurial and industrial lenses to 30+ Startup Founders attending.

The event was supported by Handong Global University, South Korea, Tribhuvan University - School of Management, Nepal and UNESCO UNITWIN.

We would like to thank Ms. Yogina Shakya and her team for organizing such a great event on a much needed discussion and inviting us to share about the same.
